Avangate Wins 5 Promotion

  1. By clicking the "Finish" button, you accept and agree with the Terms & Conditions of the Avangate Wins 5 Promotion ("Promotion").
  2. The Promotion is open to all vendors and non-clients of Avangate BV (Avangate BV is based in The Netherlands - "Avangate").
  3. The Promotion will be valid in the following period: September 28th 2010 (the "Starting Date") and October 18th 2010 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted .
  4. To participate and qualify for this Promotion, you must complete the form presented on this website, including your email address.
  5. There will be two winners of the Promotion and the prizes will be one iPad and one Kindle. The prizes must be taken as offered and as is. No cash equivalent or other alternative are available in whole or in part.
  6. The winners will be selected at random by Avangate on October 18th 2010 and the winners will be notified by email within 7 days and /or published on Avangate blog, and other social media (Twitter, Facecebook).
  7. If you do not reply to confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of being notified according topoint 5 above, we may offer your prize to someone else or keep the prize.
  8. Avangate reserves the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
  9. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted for entries or acceptances not received, lost, delayed or damaged or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.

The participants agree to take part in any publicity or other such promotional activities which Avangate may reasonably require in connection with the Promotion and Avangate shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image (including those submitted on the promotion page), voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.
  11. The law applicable is the Netherlands law and all and any disputes will be settled at the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
