How an order is placed with Avangate

Shopping cart
After clicking the "Buy now" or "Add to cart" button, your customers are directed to a simple and intuitive shopping cart which allows them to add and manage products effortlessly. All ordering pages can be customized so they match your website design.
The Avangate Cross selling tools and Volume pricing can be used in conjunction with the shopping cart as well as the Send as a Gift and the Backup CD options. From this screen, customers can make the final adjustments to their shopping cart, adding or removing products and options.

Order checkout
Billing and delivery information are requested here - you can customize these forms as well (certain fields are mandatory). If Send as a Gift is selected, the "Send products to the billing address" option will be automatically set to NO. Discount coupons are entered by your customers at this step of the ordering process.

Additional Delivery Information
There are two cases in which this screen will be enabled, requesting additional delivery information:
  • Billing address differs from the delivery address;
  • The gift option is enabled.

Final review and payment details
In the final step of the buying process, customers can review and edit their billing/delivery information. Payment details are also filled in at this point. The order is finalized by Clicking the "Finish Order" button.
