my credit card for?

The charge is either because you have purchased recently a product from one of the thousands of Software and SaaS companies we are working with or because you are subscribed to receive renewals versions of their software or service and be billed accordingly to the subscription plan you have agreed to at the date of the initial order. After making the online purchase, you should have received a receipt by e-mail from Avangate. If not, please also check your bulk / junk / spam mail folders.

You bought a software through Avangate? Check your shopping history and order status. Avangate myAccount is a secured customer service that centralizes all your software or services purchased through Avangate. You can: view order details and keep track of your online orders status, gain instant access to your online shopping history, download invoices, manage your subscription payments, renew the license of the purchased software when it expires, find support contact details such as phone and email addresses of software publishers.

Order Look-up

Enter the email address used when ordering and the order number received on email and track your orders to view their status in real time. By entering details about a transaction (details about the card used in the ordering process, the amount and currency), you will receive the transaction's details via email.
