• The entire Avangate notification process is automatized. In order to have a better perspective regarding your orders you can choose to receive real time email and IPN notification for: authorized & approved orders and reversed & refund orders.

• Monthly reports by email - At the end of each month, a .csv format report based on finished orders is sent to you by email, so that you can keep track of your software sales and earnings and use it for future references.

• With just a few clicks you can make your own reports in the Control Panel: generate detailed software sales reports, for any period, for any of these elements: sales volume, monthly orders or gross profit. Graphical sales reports give you a fast and suggestive image of your online sales.
• Your current account balance (since the last sales report), including completed orders total volume, commissions and global earnings is now displayed in a separate subsection in the Avangate Control Panel. Now there is no need to export a separate report for the current period in order to calculate the balance.

• As a merchant you can login anytime 24/7 to view and manage your sales statistics in order to spot trends and view your customer buying characteristics.

The report evaluates the most valuable referring sources based on the conversion rate between the number of unique visitors sent and the number of orders, including details about the referrer page.

Boost your conversion rates by testing the new scenarios in real time till you reach the maximum level of fulfillment. A/B testing Dashboard helps you track and understand the buyers' behaviors in the ordering pages. Currently you can test the efficiency of the:

• Simple checkout page versus the checkout page with shopping cart and cross selling functionalities
• Backup Media included in the shopping cart / Backup Media pre-checked / Backup Media not checked (default behavior)
• Download Insurance Service(DIS) included in the shopping cart / DIS pre-checked / DIS not checked (default behavior)

Moreover you can test the overall efficiency of the Avangate ordering interface by running only one campaign with one scenario.

• To identify the source of your sales (which links are performing better), a separate link identifier can be assigned to the buy links. For instance, if there are two buy links on your website, one in the product page and another one in the download page, you can track the source page for each sale by adding the source parameter to the links. To understand your buyers' profile, the statistics on the source parameter usage are available in the "Sales source graphical report".

• Promotions reports are available, showing statistics of the best sellers amongst product promotions for predefined periods, calculated not only per total amount of orders but also per total amount of sold products from each promotion. The promotions reports now offer you a better perspective of your online promotions and sales.

• Multi Account Management: Avangate supports one single login for multiple business accounts, allowing a single vendor to manage all his business accounts with a single login, within a single instance of Control Panel. All business accounts will be displayed as tabs.
• Multi User Access: You can structure the multi user access into the Avangate Control Panel by managing additional login accounts with different management rights.
