Avangate collects, processes and uses your personal data, only in connection with the fulfillment of your orders, on behalf of our partner or supplier from whom you purchased the products or services, and this partner or supplier will be directly responsible for managing your personal data.

Sharing personal data
Avangate may in same cases provide your personal data in order to register your purchase with the manufacturer or service provider for warranty, technical support, after sales service or similar purposes. Also, Avangate may hire other companies to provide services in connection with your transaction or after sales services. The present Privacy Policy and/or any dispute that might arise between Avangate and/or its affiliates and you are governed by the applicable law of the Avangate office. All the disputes will be handled initially on an amiable basis and in the event that such a dispute cannot be closed the dispute shall be settled by the arbitration of the competent courts from the territorial jurisdiction of Avangate office.
