Order recovery through email follow-upIn general, around 10% of online buyers do not finish the online payment due to various credit card problems, including "Insufficient funds" or "Transaction Declined" from the issuing bank. All these orders can be converted to finished orders by contacting the customer and offer him the change to finish the order in one click. The usual recovery rate for these orders varies from 8% to 15%. Most of these cases can simply be solved by the customer by adding funds to the card bank account (for the Insufficient funds error message) or by contacting the issuing bank for other errors.

This is done with the AfterSale message - add a custom text or a special HTML script on the final page of the ordering system, after the payment is approved, in all available languages.
A very important feature of the AfterSale message is the possibility of inserting tracking tools scripts such as the Google Analytics, AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing script, in order to have accurate sales reports and observe conversion rates.
Referrer Report
In addition to the AfterSale Message, you have now the possibility to track very important information by enabling the Referrer Tracking on your site. You can find out from which website your customers that generated you sales, came and what keywords they used in the search engine.
