How does Uniloc softAnchor™ Work?

Uniloc softAnchor™ allows you to build device locked copy protection into your software products. This capability is based on Uniloc's patented Device Recognition technology which creates a unique Device Fingerprint for each digital device.

Basically, device locking binds your software to a specific set of hardware devices. Device Fingerprints are then used to track the number of activations that have been completed for a given product activation key. In addition, Uniloc's device recognition technology has a configurable tolerance level, which allows normal user hardware changes to occur without requiring re-activation without cause.

This protects you from unauthorized copying and at the same time provides an enhanced end-customer experience.

license management.jpgYou can use the Avangate CodeBox module for code protection for any software application. You just have to insert the needed code lines from the SDK (Software Development Kit) you get from the Avangate Control Panel to your product code.
