• 3-D Secure Shopper Protection - Avangate supports the 3-D Secure system - Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code, providing more security for online transactions and highly reducing fraud risk. Only the cardholder can finalize the online payment.

Ask your bank how to enroll your card with the 3-D Secure system.

• Secure Order Page Hosting & Transaction Processing - Orders are processed on secure Avangate servers and placed in a secure ecommerce environment using SSL certificates (Secure Socket Layer). All Avangate Services are PCI DSS Level 1 Certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI DSS is the most important security standard for the card payment industry. Also, Avangate has a McAfee Secure Certified Interface - the "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a website's security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
• 24/7 Double-Check Antifraud Systems - Proprietary anti-fraud filters are an important component of the Avangate eCommerce platform, protecting both you, the buyer, and the software publisher you are buying from.

• Pay by Debit or Credit Cards - Online processing of VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards using the 3-D Secure standard: Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode. Online processing of American Express, PostePay and Discover(Novus) credit cards. Offline processing of JCB and DinersClub credit cards.

• Automated Key/ Code and Software Delivery (real time order delivery) - Right after successfully placing an order, you receive by email an alphanumeric code or a binary activation key to unlock a license or, depending on the vendor's preference and setup, you receive a download link so you can download quickly and easily a fully registered version of the digital product you have ordered.
• Download Insurance Service gives you the option of re-downloading the software you bought, for two full years, at anytime, so you do not need to bother with back-ups.
