Our dedicated team of IT, operational, marketing and sales specialists are here to provide a high quality, cost effective global service for software vendors. We work hard and put passion in what we do.

Here are some key members of the Avangate team:

	Adriana, Web Marketing Manager Adriana is our savvy web marketing manager. She spends a great deal of her time writing articles, improving and promoting websites. Adriana manages the team offering internet marketing and usability services to Avangate clients and the online promotion of our websites. She likes European movies and reading.
	Alexandru, Key Account Manager With a soft point for the IT industry, Alexandru has concentrated all his professional activity in this field. He is quick to grasp client needs and is a great problem solver. Clubbing, traveling, football and the occasional beer are on his spare time agenda.
	Alexandra, Marketing Specialist Alexandra has been a part of Avangate since the beginning and has grown into a true professional: passionate, creative, and always in control. Outside the office she loves traveling, reading, and meeting with friends.
	Alex, Senior Web Developer Alex is one of our senior web developers. He has been involved in developing complex applications for various industries, and also has several years webdesign experience. He likes football, table tennis, good movies and a Starcraft Broodwar from time to time.
	Andreea, Financial Operations Manager Our very important financial operations manager, Andra is the one who takes care of all financial verifications, payments, invoicing, system improvement proposals. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and often goes out to movies and concerts.
	Antonio, Senior Software Developer Antonio is constantly looking to develop new features for the Avangate platform and is also responsible for the payment interface and technical support. With a first degree in Geography, he is passionate about traveling, animals, photography, skating and other things that stimulate his creativity.
	Carmen, Chief Executive Officer Carmen drives all Avangate activities and she makes sure we make a happy team. Carmen has successfully headed a software sales division and an international contact center; she has more than 14 years experience in the software industry alone. She enjoys shopping (online, since she's so busy), the sea and sunny days.
	Ciprian, Senior Software Developer As one of the senior programmers at Avangate, Ciprian contributes to the continuous development and improvement of the Avangate platform and technical tools. He is a young, talented software developer who enjoys traveling, watching good movies and snooker, as well as riding cars.
	Claudiu, Web Marketing Specialist Claudiu, our web marketing specialist, started as a freelancer in internet communication, being most interested in user centered designs and approaches. He enjoys a good weekend flight in Carpathian Mountains with his paraglider. Russian movies never disappointed him.
	Cristi, Marketing Manager Cristi has been involved in international software sales since 2002, with a special interest for online sales. Currently the Avangate Marketing Manager, he has previously worked on distribution channel development and online sales for international software companies. 	Cristian, Chief Information Officer Cristian (also called Black) has over six years experience in eCommerce and online software sales and is currently heading the Avangate development and operational departments. He has been with Avangate from the very beginning and is a key figure in the team.
	Cristi, PR&Communication Specialist Cristi has a strong background in the IT&C field, having worked for several years as IT journalist. He has a keen understanding of how technology works and, most important, how it helps you obtain better results. When out of the office, he enjoys driving, travelling and music.
	Daniel, Chief Technology Officer Daniel (also known as Deedee) is the Avangate CTO, responsible for all technical aspects, including product and web development. He has an excellent grasp of emerging technologies with practical applicability in the eCommerce and electronic software distribution fields. Daniel loves to play the guitar and to climb mountains. 	Dorina, Chief Financial Officer Dorina is our CFO, the watchful eye over financial affairs. She makes sure we comply with all relevant financial legislation and she sets the company's strategy in the field. She's a chartered certified accountant, and a member of ACCA. A vegetarian who loves the mountains and yoga.
	Eugen, Legal Advisor Eugen is responsible with all legal aspects of the business, including contracts, procedures and all other legal matters related to Avangate's activity. In few words he makes sure that everything is legal in our company. He is a dynamic person who enjoys sports and traveling.
	Felix, Senior Software Developer The man behind ARMS, Felix has a four year professional experience in web development. He also works on Avangate new features. He has two lovely cats and likes to travel every weekend, accompanied by his girlfriend and the GPS. He likes movies and Heroes III.
	Gabriel, Product Manager Gabriel, our ARMS Project Manager, comes with a deep understanding of the reseller business model, having worked on similar projects in telecom industry during the past few years. He is friendly, ambitious, and passionate about everything he does. Gabriel likes hiking in the mountains and enjoys spending quality time with his friends.
	Ion Anghel, Junior Developer Ion is a software developer that puts his entire energy in providing new features for ARMS. He believes that in the software business everything is possible if you just put your mind to it. When he is not developing cool features for the project, Ion likes traveling and playing online games.
	Ionut, Web Designer Ionut is a "Photoshop ninja", as he likes to describe himself. Passionate about photography, design and drawing he is Avangate's web stylist. On his spare time, he enjoys snowboard, traveling and watching good movies.
	Ion Gruea, Senior Developer For the past few years Ion has been developing complex software applications and now is focusing entirely on making ARMS a powerful online management resellers system for global vendors. He is quite fun to work with, likes apple pie and football.
	Iulian, Account Manager Iulian is part of the Avangate sales team. He is channeling his efforts to best meet clients' needs regarding all aspects of online software sales. He likes cooking, ww2 submarine history and old rusty cars.
	Laurentiu, Sales Manager As sales manager, Laurentiu has two-fold responsibilities, being involved with business development and project management. With previous experience in antivirus and web applications sales, Laurentiu is extremely proficient at understanding the software industry in general and Avangate clients' needs in particular. He likes traveling and brief sun holidays.
	Lucian, Operations Manager Lucian is managing the operational team and makes sure that no fraud attempts affect Avangate's partners. He is also in charge with providing high quality and prompt customer support. In his spare time Lucian enjoys jogging, sport driving on Sundays at 6:00AM. He loves spending time and taking long walks with his wife.
	Mihai, eComm Implementation Specialist Mihai is the person you are most likely to interact with as an Avangate partner, as he is an important part of our support team. He is the man that will give you answers to any questions you might have regarding Avangate. Always willing to lend a helping hand and to provide smart solutions, while not at the PC , Mihai enjoys travelling and mountain climbing.
	Mihai, Account Manager A dynamic person, Mihai is a valuable member of the sales team. He likes communicating and does everything possible to meet clients' needs. Mihai has previous experience in selling software, IT hardware and audio & video equipment. A computer game freak, loves music, movies, and hi-fi equipment. Has a contagious laughter and is always in a good mood.
	Mihaela, Account Manager Mihaela is also part of the sales team, having previously worked within the sales department of a large multinational department. She likes to analyze the consumer behavior specific to different regions and she is specialized on the German market. She also enjoys walking, traveling and shopping.
	Ovidiu, Account Manager Ovidiu's background in sales covers six years in the IT and mass-media industries. At Avangate, he is a member of the sales team and he can answer to all your questions regarding Avangate and online software sales. He enjoys traveling, going to the cinema or at the theatre and hanging out with his friends and family.
	Rully, eCommerce Business Consultant Rully has over five years experince in major international IT&C companies, having worked on marketing, sales and consultancy positions. She understands thoroughly how software business works and is specialized on providing consultancy and building personalized solutions for major accounts. When she's not at work or traveling, she enjoys exotic food and movies, especially thrillers.
	Tina, Sales Assistant If you are an Avangate client you probably know Tina as she is the person who helps us keep in touch with you permanently. A pleasant and relaxing presence, she is always in a good mood. She offers full support to the sales team and she is always eager to help. When not at the office, Tina enjoys listening to music and she is a great fan of art movies.
