GECAD ePayment - The best integrator in 2004

GECAD ePayment, company member of GECAD Group, received the title for "Best integrator of the year" during the annual event IT&C Romanian Awards for 2004.

"We are extremely motivated by winning this award. First because we are a young company and this recognition is for our entire activity and not only for a single project developed in 2004. Secondly, because this award is an acknowledgement for last year's development of the entire Romanian eCommerce industry where our company is active and we are determined to support and grow it. I would also express thanks to the entire IT&C community for its trust and for the votes given to us", affirms Razvan Prundeanu, CEO for GECAD ePayment.

ePayment solution have been launched on the local market on 15th of July 2004 and, since then, in online payment system have entered over 100 web merchants.

"ePayment is a top solution from a technological point of view. Anti-fraud filters we embedded in the solution had an efficiency of 100% until now, even if there are daily attempts of frauds in the system. Moreover, easy and fast integration in our system have convinced a lot of online merchants to use the ePayment solution", adds Cristian Badea, CTO for GECAD ePayment.

The company is preparing to soon launch its eCommerce solutions on the global market.
