Daniel is an innovative business professional with a customer oriented attitude and a visionary intelligence. His cross-platform technical skills and the scalable project management approach, doubled by excellent communication abilities, allow him to architect exceptional software solutions, perfectly adapted to business needs.

He started his professional career as technical manager, coordinating technical teams ensuring that client requirements are met consistently. In 2002 he joined the GECAD family, as Chief Technical Officer. His leading-edge strategic and software development skills played a major role in shaping and growing the Avangate solution. Daniel took over the CTO position at Avangate in 2005, engineering the continuous development of next-generation eCommerce platform features. In august 2008 he became the company's Business Development Manager in the United States, being responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing partnerships.

Currently Chief Product Officer, Daniel is responsible for product vision and direction, working with business and engineering executives to align product strategy with corporate objectives. He also coordinates activities with all operational areas within the company to ensure that the Avangate solutions excel in quality and functionality in order to help software vendors sell software seamlessly and profitably.
