Ciprian is a cross-platform programming expert, with a vast knowledge both in web and desktop technologies.
He specializes in web dynamic programming, architecting leading-edge solutions and proactively extending the capabilities and features of existing ones.

He likes to optimize, to innovate and he considers challenges as a "must have" in life, along with the out-of-the-box solutions.

He started working in an extremely competitive environment, as a freelancer, completing several e-commerce related web programming projects. In 2005 he became Lead PHP Programmer at an IT solution company, being involved in taking decisions, interacting with clients and developing the projects.

He came to Avangate in 2006 as a Senior Software Developer, where he smartly optimized the existing platform and he added new turn-key features which were highly appreciated by the company's partners.

His decision-taking abilities brought added value to his performance, so, in august 2008 he became Team Leader for Development at Avangate.
