Junior Account Manager - Russian or Chinese

As part of the Avangate sales team, the Junior Account Manager is mainly responsible for managing the potential clients asking for information through our company websites by directing them to the dedicated Account Manager or by offering them information in order to sell our products and services.

• Bachelor degree
• 1 year experience in IT field: customer care or sales
• Excellent speaking and writing skills: English and Russian or Chinese
• Good Internet knowledge (Google search abilities)
• Ability to understand technical issues and communicate both in a technical and non-technical manner
• Advanced organising and communication skills; customer oriented attitude
