Implementation Specialist Russian

The Implementation Specialist is technically responsible for implementing our solution to different customers and offers support to our clients via mail, live chat, phone.

• Previous customer care experience (software technical support represents a plus)
• Sound knowledge of English (both writing and speaking) and Russian
• Good knowledge of Javascript, HTML/DHTML/XML, CSS
• General experience with PHP, MySQL
• Client oriented, excellent communication skills
