Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is technically responsible for implementing our solution to different prospects and partners, reports directly to our Integration Manager and works close with Sales, Product Management and Development Departments.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting functional and technical product presentations in sales meetings
• Conducting customer workshops
• Generating project requirements after discussions with prospects and partners
• Sizing the proper architecture for the project
• Conduct product demonstrations, assist in creating proposals
• Field ad-hoc technical enquiries regarding functionality, installation, deployment and customization and general product features
• Constantly gather client and prospect needs and wishes and translate those into possible product features, communicate these features to the Product Management team
• Participate in cross-functional internal discussion to ensure that the business needs are being met throughout the organization
• Assess customer needs, major business drivers, business and functional requirements and formulate solution proposals
• Produce solution-related documentation
• Follow up the delivery of the projects

Job Requirements

• Background in software development and experience in a customer-facing technical role (2-3 years)
• Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL
• Bachelor's degree in technical field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc)
• Previous professional experience in eCommerce
• Strong communication and presentation skills; the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work with little instruction on day-to-day work, and achieve results when presented with only general instructions on new assignments
• Experience building scalable customer solutions
• Available to travel to various countries
• Managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Advanced English skills
