Our mission is to give global software vendors the best commerce tools to run successful software businesses.

Avangate provides global ISV companies with trustworthy e-Commerce tools, industry-custom Partner Relationship Management and Web marketing solutions to help them successfully sell software products online and manage their Channel distribution network. We complete these with a very pro-active attitude, flexible approach to answer each need with the right feature or advise.

We are present with offices in three key regions:
  • North America (San Francisco, CA)
  • Western Europe (Amsterdam, NL)
  • Eastern Europe (Bucharest, RO)
which allows us to both be where our clients are and best serve their interests and also to promote their products and assist their sales on such important markets as UK, France, Germany, or North America. In 2008 we intend to extend our reach towards other key locations and also to strengthen our services on those where we are already present.

Avangate is a member of GECAD Group, company delivering top IT solutions worldwide since 1992. Avangate® and ARMS solutions are based on know-how gathered in real business conditions between 1992 and 2003 when GECAD Software, the mother company, was selling RAV antivirus software directly online and through resellers, to which Avangate team has added a professional standpoint of the modern global software market.

  • Proprietary eCommerce platform launched in 2005 (Avangate), Management Platform for Software Distribution Channels launched in 2006 (ARMS);
