It's very simple: first you sign-up to become an Avangate affiliate. As soon as your application is approved, you can log in to the Affiliates Control Panel.
The Avangate Affiliate Control Panel offers the necessary tools for building a successful affiliate marketing business:

- monitor and choose from all promotions available
- get "buy now" links to add on your website
- on the fly sales reports

How it works
The free Avangate Control Panel is the core management interface used to promote and sell the best software products on the market in 3 easy steps:
- search for products and authors/ vendors
- make new partnerships
- generate the "buy now" links

Generate "Buy Now" links
You then decide which software products you want to promote and send requests via the Avangate Control Panel to software vendors so they activate you as an affiliate and set your commission. Immediately after you are activated by a vendor, you can start adding product links to your website.
Links are automatically generated with your affiliate ID already embedded. You can generate links for one or more products (one link will be generated for each product only, however you can generate several links at a time) that can redirect the customer to either one of the following locations:
1. Products page
In this case, after the customer clicks on the product that you promote on your website, he will be redirected to the products page on the vendor's website. The product will not be added to the shopping cart, this step being left for customer's decision.
2. Shopping cart
In this case, after customer clicks on the product that you promote on your website, he will be redirected to the vendor's website and the product will be automatically added to the shopping cart, with the possibility to add more products to the shopping cart.
3. Check out
In this case, after customer clicks on the product that you promote on your website, he will be redirected to the vendor's website checkout page, the product being automatically being added to the shopping cart. At this stage, the customer cannot add additional products in to the shopping cart anymore, his only option being the order process finalization.
4. Products trial
In this case, after customer clicks on the product that you promote on your website, he will be redirected to the vendor's website product trial page (if the vendors supports it), from where he can choose to test the products for a limited amount of time, before purchase.

Gain even more links from a strong marketing campaign
Software vendors can now push creative materials into the affiliate network: product boxes, banners, logos, etc. The Avangate Server embeds the creative materials into ready to use affiliate tracking code snippets - affiliates just have to copy paste it into the site.
Here's how it works:
The reports system
Avangate offers three types of reports for affiliates:- The Orders Report.
Offers complete information regarding sales made through you as an affiliate. - The Graphical Report.
Same as the Orders Report, but displayed in a graphical way. - The Affiliation Report.
The Affiliation Report gives you access to accurate reports regarding sales made through the affiliation program you have signed in for, offering a number of filters, based on which, you can visualize sells details filtered by vendors, by products or by time intervals.
Remember... the more referral links you create, the more chances you have to make money from your web site!
